Piedmont Roofing That Protects Your Yard and Keeps You Informed

We handle roof replacement, roof repair, inspections, storm damage repair and gutters for homes in Piedmont, Yukon and nearby towns. Before any tear-off, we tarp your beds and cover your walkways. Then we tell your household what happens each day, and why.

  • Beds and shrubs tarped
  • Magnet sweep every evening
  • Photos of what we find
  • Line-item written estimates

Roofing Services for Your Home

Roof replacement and roof repair on asphalt shingle houses make up the bulk of what we do, alongside roof inspections, storm damage repair after hail and wind, and gutters sized for the runoff your roof sends down. We also handle commercial roof replacement and commercial roof repair for business buildings in the area. Every job begins by pinning down the cause, then we explain the fix by naming the actual parts, from decking and underlayment to drip edge, step flashing and ridge vent.

  • Roofer in a safety harness nailing charcoal shingles on a home's roof, with a dump trailer, tarps and ladder on the lawn and brick houses behind

    Roof Replacement

Full tear-off to the deck, new underlayment, flashing and ventilation, with your landscaping covered and your household kept informed at every stage.

  • Roofer in a safety harness, seen from behind at the eave, hammering new dark asphalt shingles around a vent pipe boot above a white gutter

    Roof Repair

We find the exact failure behind a leak, whether a cracked pipe boot, loose flashing or a lifted shingle, and repair it without tearing up more of your roof than needed.

  • Roofer in a safety harness and lifeline holds a clipboard on an asphalt shingle roof near vents and flashing as a homeowner watches from the front lawn.

    Roof Inspections

A shingle-by-shingle and attic check that tells you what condition your roof is in, what needs attention now and what can wait.

  • Roofer in a safety harness pulls torn asphalt shingles from exposed roof decking beside a blue tarp held down with wood strips, with a tool bag and hammer nearby

    Storm Damage Repair

Hail bruising, lifted shingles and torn flashing found, photographed and repaired, with tarps on your landscaping and a clear explanation at every step.

  • Worker in a tan jacket and beanie on an aluminum ladder fastening a white gutter to the fascia of a brick house, with a downspout and gutter materials nearby

    Gutters

Continuous aluminum gutters formed on site and hung on hidden hangers, plus repairs for leaking corners, sagging runs and downspouts that dump water at the foundation.

  • Roofer in a safety harness kneeling on a low-slope commercial roof, fastening dark membrane near the edge, with a material roll, ladder and trailer below

    Commercial Roof Replacement

Full tear-off and new low-slope or metal roof systems for commercial buildings, scheduled around your business with a protected, clean site.

  • Roofer in a safety harness torch-applying a roll of modified bitumen membrane on a flat commercial roof near a drain and vent pipe, overcast day

    Commercial Roof Repair

Leak tracing and targeted repairs for TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen and metal roofs on shops, offices and small commercial buildings.

How We Work Around Your Home

A roof job puts a crew, a dumpster and a lot of old shingles next to the place you live. We plan for that before we plan anything else.

  1. 01

    Landscaping covered before tear-off

Shrubs, flower beds and A/C condensers get tarped or shielded with plywood before the first shingle comes off. Old roofing slides down chutes into the dumpster instead of being thrown onto your lawn.

  2. 02

A daily plan your household can follow

You hear what we are doing that day, when the noise starts and where the trucks will park. If a delivery slips or the weather turns, we tell you before the schedule changes, not after.

  3. 03

    Causes named, not guessed

A leak at a ceiling stain is rarely right above the stain. We trace water back to its entry point, whether that is a cracked pipe boot, lifted step flashing or a nail backing out, and show you photos of it.

  4. 04

Estimates you can read line by line

Tear-off, decking replacement, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and disposal each get their own line. You can see what is required, what is optional and what we recommend skipping.

  5. 05

A yard that looks like it did

Every evening we run a rolling magnet over the driveway, lawn and beds to pick up stray nails. On the last day we do it again, haul the dumpster and walk the property with you.

How a Roof Job Runs

For most homes, a replacement means one to two working days on the roof, with setup before and cleanup after.

  1. 1

    Your first call

Describe what has you concerned: a ceiling stain, shingles in the yard, granules collecting in the gutters, or simply a roof getting older. We ask about its age and past repairs, then pick a day to visit.

  2. 2

    Roof and attic check

Up top we look at shingles, flashing and penetrations, and in the attic we look for daylight, damp sheathing and airflow. Everything we note gets photographed, and you see the same images our recommendation is based on.

  3. 3

Estimate review and a plan for your home

We go through the written estimate together, then map out the work days: dumpster placement, which beds get covered, what time the noise begins and which wall hangings to take down inside where nailing will be close.

  4. 4

    Work day

The crew covers landscaping, strips the roof to the decking and swaps out bad sheets. Then come underlayment, drip edge, flashing, shingles and ridge cap, and we touch base with you before leaving for the day.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and walk-through

We sweep the property with a magnet, clear roofing debris from the gutters, haul off the dumpster and walk the roof and yard with you before calling the job finished.

What Moves the Price of a Roof

A roof price is built from things we can measure on your roof, plus a few that stay hidden until the old shingles come off. Two houses of similar size can land far apart once pitch, layers and decking enter the picture. These are the items we check, and how each one shifts the total.

You get a written estimate only after we have walked the roof and checked the attic, with each item on its own line. If tear-off uncovers something that changes the scope, we pause, show you, and agree on it with you before continuing.

Area and pitch
We figure roof area in squares, and one square equals 100 square feet. A steep slope calls for more fall protection, roof jacks and slower footwork, so a steep roof costs more to cover than a low-slope roof with identical area.
Number of old layers
Stripping a single layer of shingles goes fast. A second layer beneath it means more labor, a heavier dumpster load and higher disposal fees, and it frequently conceals rotted decking.
Condition of the decking
Plywood or OSB that has gone soft or started to delaminate has to come out before underlayment goes on. We get a good read from the attic and from walking the slopes, but the true sheet count shows up at tear-off, so your written estimate lists a per-sheet price in advance.
Which shingle you pick
Architectural shingles, Class 4 impact-resistant shingles and metal panels differ in both material cost and install time. Some insurance carriers lower premiums for impact-resistant roofs, so a call to your agent is worthwhile.
Flashing, vents and roof penetrations
Every chimney, skylight, sidewall and plumbing stack needs fresh flashing or a new boot. Fixing weak attic ventilation with more intake or a ridge vent adds to the cost, and it helps the shingles last longer.
Permits and getting material in
When a permit applies, we pull it. Narrow side yards, fenced lots or a long walk from the driveway add hours for covering landscaping and hauling bundles.

About Piedmont Roofing Pros

We are a roofing company working on homes and business buildings in and around Piedmont. Our approach is simple to describe and takes discipline to keep: protect the property, explain the work in specific terms, and leave the place clean.

Oklahoma roofs take hard hail, straight-line wind and big swings between summer heat and winter ice, so shingles, sealant strips and flashing wear out in predictable ways. We explain those failures plainly, so when we recommend a repair or a new roof, you know which part failed and why our fix addresses it.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

How do I know if I need a repair or a whole new roof?
It depends on how widespread the damage is and how much life the rest of the shingles have left. A split pipe boot or one run of loose flashing is a repair. Brittle shingles losing granules on every slope, or soft decking in more than one spot, usually point to replacement. We show you the photos and give you a plain answer on which one your roof needs.
Will my landscaping and driveway get damaged?
We set up the site so that does not happen. Beds and shrubs go under tarps, plywood stands in front of A/C units and windows near the dumpster, and old shingles ride a chute down rather than getting tossed off the eave. We roll a magnet across the yard every evening and again on the final day.
Do I need to be home during the work?
Not for most of it. We ask for a short conversation when the crew pulls up on the first morning and again at the end, when we walk the job together. In between, we keep you updated and tell you about anything we uncover under the old roofing.
Can you help with a hail or wind insurance claim?
We can inspect the roof, document the damage with photos and measurements, and explain what we found so you can talk to your insurer with clear information. The adjuster decides what is covered, and we do not work for or speak on behalf of the insurance company. After the claim is approved, we can handle the storm damage repair or the full replacement.
How long does a roof replacement take?
On most homes the roofing itself runs one to two working days, plus setup beforehand and cleanup afterward. A steep pitch, a second layer, heavy decking replacement or a run of bad weather can stretch that out. We give you the expected schedule up front and let you know as soon as anything shifts.
What warranty comes with your work?
Our roofing work carries a lifetime workmanship warranty. The materials fall under the shingle manufacturer's own coverage, and we explain how the two fit together when we go over your estimate.
Should I replace gutters at the same time as the roof?
Often it makes sense, especially if your gutters sag, are undersized or sit behind the old drip edge. Handling both together lets us line up the new drip edge and gutters so water falls into the trough instead of running down behind it and soaking the fascia.
